Staying in touch during Covid isolation

Hello friends, it’s difficult to believe that the Covid-19 pandemic may be with us for much longer than most of us thought. For the aging and elderly population there are greater challenges to underlying health concerns. The rules published in this advertisement circa 1918 during the worldwide influenza epidemic seem as commonsense and practical guidelines to follow in this age of Covid. The most important rule is the last: Worry is harmful — keep your mind at ease. To the best of our ability we need to stay healthy and engaged in daily things even in isolation.
