Less “doing,” more “being”

My poetry often includes animals. They are nature’s true teachers and I am fortunate to learn from them every day. Cat Tony continues to be a centerstage Buddha in my daily routine and encourages me to stop and rest, observe and enjoy. His most important message is “less ‘doing,’ more ‘being’.”
