Georgia Author of the Year announcement

Hello, friends. The Georgia Author of the Year finalists have been announced by Georgia Writers Association. There will be two awards given to full-length poetry collections, announced on Facebook, Instragram, and YouTube on Saturday June 11.

I’m honored to be included in this year’s nominees. Thank you to all who have encouraged and supported my poetry over the past years. I appreciate your joining me on this creative journey. Best, Gene.
